iOS Known Issues


After upgrading to firmware version 161 (for the indoor rower) or 861 (for the SkiErg), ErgData no longer records stroke data and/or may not save workouts.


This issue only affects iOS devices that connected to the monitor prior to upgrading, and is caused by the device storing the previously saved Bluetooth connection. To fix the issue, please try turning Bluetooth off and then on again in the device settings. If that doesn't work, please try restarting the device.

To turn Bluetooth off and then on again: in the main settings menu of your iPhone, select Bluetooth and flip the switch to off. Wait a few seconds before flipping it back to on.

To restart your device, please follow the instructions on the Apple website.
